The fins, set at varied depths, reference the site’s history as two titles, while recessed balconies add intimacy. Upper-floor apartments step back to reduce bulk, helping the building sit comfortably in the pedestrian mall. The design maximises street connection while delivering elegant architectural detail, contributing to the vibrancy and renewal of the central city.
