A transformation of a 1910s villa in Christchurch, this project preserves historic charm while introducing light-filled, modern living. Circulation was reorganised to enhance function, with a new scullery and stronger connection to outdoor living. Interiors emphasise tactile luxury and balance opulence with understated elegance. Shortlisted in the Home Magazine Interiors Awards for Lighting Design 2024, the project demonstrates how heritage homes can be sensitively adapted for contemporary life.
