Currently under construction, this six-level mixed-use building will anchor High Street with a façade of triangulated forms that reference light and geometry. Ground floor retail supports city activation, while upper levels house office and residential uses. Due for completion in 2025, it represents a confident step forward in Christchurch’s continued regeneration and adds a contemporary landmark to the urban streetscape.
